Looking after yourself

Who would not want to be in this spectacular place? I have recently come across several books talking about the health of human species nowadays, and what they have found out is horrible. However, one good section I found was the nature therapy. It basically states that we should reunite with nature, in other words spend sometime with her. So I would highly recommend places like this every once in a while. There's also lots of nice beaches in Huatulco not to mention affordable private beach condo, you should check that out!
